At Armstrong's Creatives, we craft unique, hand-painted upcycled furniture and art pieces with a bohemian flair—think vibrant teal accents, intricate Flower of Life patterns, and smokey denim finishes that transform everyday items into joyful statement pieces. While most of our inventory is designed for local pickup to let you experience the magic in person, we offer shipping for select lighter or more portable items. Our goal is straightforward: get your treasure to you safely and efficiently, with full transparency on costs and timelines.

 

Shipping Eligibility

- Pickup-Only Items: (Majority of Inventory): Most furniture like sideboards, church pew chairs, and larger end tables/nightstands are available exclusively for local pickup. This keeps things eco-friendly and hassle-free—no shipping fees, no damage risks. Swing by our studios in Pomona NY or Hawthorne NJ during open hours (listed on our Pickup Only page) to view and claim your piece.

- Shipping-Available Items: Smaller artworks, select end tables, or portable decor (under 50 lbs) can ship nationwide within the US. Check the product page or our Shipping Available collection for eligibility. We do not currently ship internationally.

 

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable freight and parcel services tailored to the item's size and weight:

- Small/Light Items: (under 20 lbs): USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for cost-effective delivery.

- Medium/Heavy Items: (20-50 lbs): UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, or uShip for secure handling of bulkier pieces like our boho chairs. 
  
All shipments include tracking and basic insurance based on declared value. We'll confirm the carrier and method after your order.

 

Shipping Costs

- Flat Rates: Starting at $15 for small items; $50–$150 for medium/heavy (exact quote based on weight, dimensions, and destination—e.g., a 30-lb chair might run $100–$200 to the continental US).

Free Local Pickup: Always $0—arrive, admire, and take it home today!-

- Taxes: Added at checkout based on your location.

No Hidden Fees: What you see at checkout is what you pay. We'll email a final shipping quote pre-shipment if needed.

 

Processing & Delivery Times

- Order Processing: 1–4 business days (we double-check each piece for perfection before packing).

- Transit Time:
 - Local Pickup: Immediate upon arrival/agreement.
 - US Shipping: 3–7 business days for continental US (longer for remote areas or holidays).

- Total Timeline: Expect your order to ship within 5 business days. We'll notify you with tracking once en route.

 

Packaging & Damage Protection
Your piece arrives ready to shine—wrapped in protective layers like bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy crates/boxes to withstand the journey. For shipped items:

- Inspect upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours (photos required).
- We'll file a claim with the carrier and replace/repair if covered (we cover up to the item's value).
- Note: We're not liable for cosmetic wear from normal use or buyer remorse—view our No Returns Policy (link-to-refund-policy) for details.

 

Special Notes

- Custom Orders: Shipping timelines may extend based on creation time—discussed upfront.

- Changes/Cancellations: Free before shipment; post-shipment, carrier fees apply.
