No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the custom, upcycled nature of our furniture art, we do not accept returns or exchanges once payment is made.
For Pickup-Only Items (Most of Our Inventory):
- View items in person before purchase at the designated pick up address.
- If it's not a fit, simply don't complete payment—no hard feelings!
For Shipping-Available Items:
- Inspect upon arrival; contact us within 48 hours if damaged in transit (we'll work with the carrier).
- No refunds for buyer's remorse, changes in taste, or assembly issues.
