Merging Worlds: From Life Coaching & Energy Healing to Upcycled Furniture Magic
What happens when you listen to that inner nudge?
For me, it meant saying goodbye to lovemylife.coach as a solo act and hello to armstrongscreatives.com—a home for both, heart-centered guidance and hand-painted boho treasures.
It started when I kept feeling a pull to get back to my roots as an artist. From as early as I can remember ART was it for me. I was always drawing, adding color to everything I did, even becoming a Graphic Artist & Art Director for Ad Agencies in Bergen County NJ and Southern California!
After marrying my Karate Insturctor and moving back to New Jersey, I continued to work in Advertising but got really involved with my Husband's Karate school and lost touch with my artistic side. I began teaching Karate with my Husband and earned the rank of 3rd Degee Black Belt. It was a fun and exciting journey.
Then after having a torn rotator cuff, teaching Karate and unable to move my left arm... I moved into Law of Attraction Coaching. It was a nudge from my Inner Guidance that I couldn't ignore. Which then lead me to becoming an Energy Healer. I healed that rotator cuff tear with meditation and pure intention. From there I stepped fully into this new life journey of being an Energy Healer and helping others to heal.
Along this journey I became more and more intuitive. Through these "tips from spirit" I kept being lead to one healing modality after another. Each time in the weirdest of ways, I kept following these nudges that had me certify in many different healing modalities. These days I am focused on The Belief Code, The Body Code and The Emotion Code as they keep surprising me and really help me, my family and my clients to release the old junky energy and move into more joy and ease in manifesting a life we love. That's where the name "Love My Life Coach" came from.
Fast forward again and I am really feeling like I have to let my "inner artist" come out and play... AND she has!
This has taken the form of upcycling old styled furniture into one-of-a-kind artistic expressions like my Boho Bliss Coffee Table, Daisy Flower Bench, Joyful Boho Chair and all the rest. I especially love the Unlock Your Magic Manifesting Chest. That one combines both worlds – artistic energy and manifesting energy. What's not to LOVE?
I will be writing more about me, my furniture, energy healing and whatever my inspiration leads me to along this magical journey.

Oh, one more thing. The best message I have received from Spirit is this "There's no right way, find your own way, and keep it SIMPLE" That message has helped me out sooooo many times. I totally aligned with it now in combining my two worlds into one space where I can share both.
